Delete your account
You can delete your Sleqk account, and everything in it, from inside the app in under a minute. This page explains how to do it, what gets erased, and the little we are legally required to keep.
01Delete it in the app
This is the fastest route, and it needs nothing from us.
- Open Sleqk and go to Profile.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Read the list of what is about to be erased, then type DELETE in capitals.
- Confirm with the account you signed in with, so we know the request is really coming from you.
Erasure starts immediately and always finishes within 24 hours. There is no waiting period, no confirmation email to click, and no way to undo it afterwards.
Deleting is permanent. If you would rather just step away, use Sign out instead. Your collection stays exactly as you left it and you can come back whenever you like.
02If you cannot open the app
Lost the device, uninstalled the app, or can no longer sign in? You do not need the app to get your account deleted.
Email support@sleqk.com from the address on your Sleqk account and ask us to delete it. We will check that the request genuinely comes from the account owner before we erase anything, then write back to confirm once it is done. We answer within the timeframes the GDPR sets.
03What gets erased
Everything attached to your account goes, on our servers and in our storage:
- Your profile and sign-in identity, including the link to the Google or Apple account you used.
- Every photo you uploaded, including the reference photos used for try-on.
- Your collection: every piece you added, with its images and details.
- Every look and AI-generated render made from your collection.
- Planner events and the recommendations built from them.
- Style traits the AI inferred about you, such as colouring and body shape.
- Your consent records and saved preferences.
- Active sessions, so you are signed out on every device.
Deletion also removes your entry from the index that routes your email to a region, so signing up again later starts completely fresh.
04What we keep, and for how long
Two narrow exceptions, both of them standard:
- Backups are purged on a short, rolling cycle after deletion. Until that cycle completes, your content may still sit in an encrypted backup, where it is never served to anyone.
- Records we must keep by law, such as billing and tax records, are retained for the period the law requires and then deleted.
Neither category can be used to rebuild your collection, your photos, or your renders. This matches section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
05Take a copy first
Deletion is permanent, so if you want to keep anything, export it before you start. In the app, go to Profile and tap Download my data. You will get your content in a portable format, which is yours to keep.
Export first, delete second. Once the account is gone we cannot recover a copy for you, because we no longer hold one.
06Who you are dealing with
The Sleqk app is operated by SRL LYTIS Software Private Limited Belgium (“Lytis”), registered in Belgium, which is the controller of your personal data.
If you are in the EU and believe we have mishandled a deletion request, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Belgium that is the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
