01Agreement to these terms
These terms form a contract between you and SRL LYTIS Software Private Limited Belgium (“Lytis”), the company that operates Sleqk. Lytis is registered in Belgium (VAT BE 0798.128.569), with its registered office at Rue de Grand-Bigard 14, 1082 Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, Brussels, Belgium. In these terms, “Sleqk”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Lytis.
By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Sleqk.
We have tried to write these terms in language a person can actually read. Where a clause has a precise legal meaning, we keep the precise wording, but the headings and summaries are there to help you find what matters to you.
02Who can use Sleqk
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sleqk, or older if the age of digital consent in your country is higher. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
If you live in the United States. These terms still apply, and Belgian law still governs them, but nothing in them takes away protections that the consumer law of your state gives you and that cannot be waived by contract. You must be at least 16 to use Sleqk, wherever you live. Sleqk is not offered in Illinois at this time.
If you use Sleqk on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
03Your account
You sign in to Sleqk with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for everything that happens under your Sleqk account.
- Keep your sign-in credentials private and do not share your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@sleqk.com if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
- One person, one account. Accounts are for individual use and are not transferable.
04Your photos & collection
Sleqk works by digitalizing what you own, including your clothes, jackets, bags, watches, shoes and shades, then rendering looks on a photo of you. You keep ownership of every photo and every item you upload. Your content is yours.
By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service to you: to clean and tag items, generate renders, and store them in your private collection. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You confirm that you have the right to upload the photos you add, including the right to use any image of a person that appears in them.
05AI renders & how they work
Sleqk produces AI-generated images. A render is a synthetic visualisation of how a look might appear on you. It is not a photograph and it is not a guarantee of fit, colour, or how a piece will look in real life.
- Every render is clearly labelled as AI-generated, EXIF-tagged, and C2PA-signed, in line with our transparency obligations under the EU AI Act.
- Results vary with the quality of the photos you provide. Renders are styling aids, not a substitute for trying clothes on.
- Recommendations are assembled only from items in your own collection. Sleqk never recommends things for you to buy.
We use AI across the service: to clean up your collection items, to produce try-on renders, and to generate styling recommendations. Because these are AI-generated results, they can sometimes turn out differently from what you expect. You accept that Sleqk cannot guarantee any particular outcome, and that we are not liable for results that fall short of your expectations.
06Acceptable use
Sleqk is built for styling from your own collection. To keep it that way, you agree not to:
- Upload photos of anyone without their consent, or content you do not have the right to use.
- Create renders that are sexual, deceptive, defamatory, or that impersonate another person.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or data.
- Use the service to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or get around usage limits.
We may remove content or restrict features that breach this section. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to suspension or termination under section 13.
07Plans, credits & billing
Sleqk offers a free tier and paid plans (Plus, Premium and Ultra), billed monthly or yearly. Paid features run on credits: adding an item or generating a try-on render uses credits, and each plan includes a monthly allowance.
- Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Credit allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise.
- Price changes apply from your next renewal, never to a period you have already paid for. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to pay it.
- Taxes. Prices are shown including VAT where it applies.
Plans and their limits can change. The allowances that come with each plan (for example how many items your collection can hold, monthly credits, or storage) are not fixed forever. We may adjust them, including for existing subscriptions, where we have a valid reason: the cost of storing and processing content, security, legal requirements, or changes to how the service works. If a change reduces what your paid plan includes in more than a minor way, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel within 30 days of that date and receive a refund for the unused part of the period you already paid for.
Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
08Free plan storage & retention
Storing photos and renders costs real money, so the free plan comes with a storage allowance and a retention window. Paid plans keep your content for as long as your subscription is active.
- Nothing is deleted on the day you move to the free plan. Content above the free plan’s allowance becomes read-only: you can still view and export it, but not add more.
- After 12 months on the free plan, we may delete content above the free allowance, along with full-resolution originals we no longer need to serve your account.
- You will always be warned first. We email you at least 30 days before deleting anything, with a way to export your items, renders and photos.
- Upgrading stops the clock. Moving to any paid plan restores full access to your content and resets the retention window.

09Cancelling & refunds
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of starting a paid plan. Because Sleqk delivers digital content immediately, you acknowledge that by generating renders during this period you ask us to begin the service right away, which may affect that right. Beyond statutory rights, payments are generally non-refundable.
10Intellectual property
Sleqk, including the software, the models, the brand, and everything we build around them, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as intended.
The renders Sleqk generates from your content are yours to keep and use personally. The platform that produces them remains ours.
11Service availability
We work hard to keep Sleqk running, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, pause, or change features to improve the service, fix problems, or meet legal requirements.
12Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, Sleqk is a styling tool, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a render. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
13Suspension & termination
You can stop using Sleqk and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if keeping your account active poses a risk to others or to the service.
When an account is deleted, your photos, items and renders are removed. Some records may be retained where the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect, by email or in the app. Continuing to use Sleqk after a change means you accept the updated terms. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium, again without removing your right to bring a claim where you live.
