01Getting help

The fastest way to reach us is email: support@sleqk.com. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened — a screenshot helps. Replies are written by a person, usually within a couple of business days.

Before you write

A quick check that fixes most issues: make sure the app is updated to the latest version, and that you have a working connection. If a try-on didn’t finish, you were not charged a credit — just try again.

02Try-on & your collection

How does try-on work? You add a couple of reference photos of yourself once (a clear face close-up and a full-body shot). Sleqk then generates a photoreal image of you wearing a piece from your collection. Generated images always carry a visible “AI-generated” mark.

My photo was rejected. Reference photos need to clearly show you (a real person, appropriately dressed). If yours is declined, use a well-lit photo where your face or full body is clearly visible.

A piece didn’t import well. Retake the photo in good light with the item filling the frame, against a plain background where you can. You can re-run the automatic clean-up on an item any time.

03Account & your data

You sign in with Apple or Google — there’s no separate password to manage. Your photos and your collection live in Europe, under European rules; that’s the default, not a setting.

  • Get a copy of your data. You can request an export of your information at any time.
  • Delete your account. You can delete your account and its data from the app, or by writing to us. Deletion removes your photos, your collection, and your try-ons.

04Billing & subscriptions

Sleqk is free to start. Paid plans (Plus, Premium, Ultra) add more monthly AI credits and a larger collection. Prices are always shown in the app before you subscribe.

  • Manage or cancel. Subscriptions purchased on iPhone are managed through your Apple account: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device to change or cancel a plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the period ends.
  • Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Payment failed? You keep access to the app; your monthly AI credits pause until payment is sorted, then resume automatically.
Good to know

A blocked or failed try-on never costs you a credit. Recommendations, reading an item’s details, and checking a render already in progress are always free.

05Reporting content

If someone shares a look with you and something isn’t right, use the Report this content link on the shared page. Reports reach our moderation team and are actioned promptly. You can also email support@sleqk.com with the link.

Uploads and generated try-ons are screened for unsafe content before they’re shown or shared.
