How to plan outfits for the week in 10 minutes

Why mornings go wrong
Getting dressed is not hard. Deciding is. At 7:40 you are choosing between thirty pieces with half your attention while checking the weather and your first meeting. So you reach for the same three outfits again.
Planning moves the decision to a calm moment. Ten minutes on Sunday buys five mornings where the only job is putting clothes on.
The ten minute Sunday
Minute 1 to 2. Open your calendar. Mark the days that need something specific: a client meeting, a dinner, a trip, a day at home.
Minute 3 to 4. Check the forecast for each day. Rain on Wednesday changes the shoes. A cold Friday needs a coat that goes with the outfit.
Minute 5 to 9. Build one outfit per day, starting with the hardest day. Use each star piece once. Repeat the basics freely: the same jeans on Tuesday and Thursday is a plan, not a failure.
Minute 10. Check that everything is clean. Anything in the wash gets swapped now, not on Thursday morning.
